Nokia Software Updater is a free and basic Mac OS X application for updating your Nokia device's software.
The following devices are supported: 5630 XpressMusic, 5730 XpressMusic, 5800 XpressMusic, 6210 Navigator, 6700 slide, 6710 Navigator, 6720 Classic, 6730 Classic, C5, C6, C7, E52, E55, E72, N78, N79, N8, N97, N97 mini, X5, X6
This release candidate supports only device software updates. Support for application updates will be released later.
Known Issues:
· Automatic check for new phone software does not work
· Application updates are not supported

New features
The release candidate supports Microsoft Windows 7 and improved USB connectivity. This release also includes “What’s New” release notes for the software (only available for some products/languages) to conveniently highlight the improvements and new features for your device.
Any critical improvements needed will be included in the actual release, while smaller items will be fixed in coming releases. We would like to hear especially if you have any problems with the USB connection and which kind of PC hardware you used.
* As with any software update, please be sure to follow the on-screen advice before starting the update process to avoid possible data loss.
